I’m so excited to be offering TWO events for April and both of them benefitting charities!
FIREFIGHTHER WORKOUT
Friday April 3 - 5:00pm & 6:00pm
Ladies, grab a friend and experience one of the most unique workouts of the year — our signature FirefightHER Workout!
Now in its 8th (?) year, this event has become such a favorite that we added two workouts this year.
This session will be held at the Maplewood Fire Department, which is different from our Brentwood location. This is where many nearby firefighters complete their training—so expect even more equipment, challenges, and hands-on experiences than before.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
-A powerful 50-minute, station-based workout using real firefighter equipment
-Movements designed for all fitness levels—you control the intensity
-An empowering community of women coming together for strength, fun, and photos
-Half of proceeds donated directly to Take Part Foundation

STRENGTH IN THE AIR

Come fly with us ✨
Join Katy Ferguson (strong.as.a.mother.stl) for a beginner-friendly aerial silks workshop at Bumbershoot. No experience needed. This is your chance to try something completely new, challenge your body in a different way, and have a lot of fun doing it.
Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, you’ll be guided by an instructor through the basics and leave feeling strong, capable, and maybe a little surprised by what you can do.
The best part? This event gives back.
Half of all proceeds will be donated to the Salvation Army. Katy will be personally taking those funds, purchasing needed items, and delivering!
